ESG Code of Conduct

ILJIN Group executives and employees must understand and comply with all provisions of this Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct is equally and strictly applied to all executives and employees of ILJIN Group, and efforts and achievements to comply with this Code of Conduct are integrated into the evaluation and reward system. Inquiries regarding this Code of Conduct can be made through channels such as internal reporting methods such as the Audit office or the ILJIN Group Cyber audit office. In order to jointly fulfill the requirements for corporate social responsibility, ILJIN Group must guide subcontractors, contractors, and service providers to comply with the ESG Code of Conduct, the ILJIN Group Code of Conduct, and related laws.
